VNG is a gas merchant company and energy service provider in the eastern part of Germany. Its customers and partners are regional and local distribution companies, power stations and major industrial users. VNG is an efficient importing gas transmission company, providing reliable deliveries in line with the market and offering all main industry-specific services.

Amounts of natural gas imported by VNG mostly derive from European purchasing sources; the import is completed with national producers’ supplies. Gas is sent by means of a private expanded system of gas pipes. Furthermore, safety of supplies is guaranteed by a system of underground gas magazines optimally integrated with the net.
